SOCIAL IMPACT AT COLLARTIVE

CREATIVITY
CAN OPEN
DOORS.

We turn creative learning into opportunities for people to participate, build capability and contribute. From community art activities to supported facilitation pathways, we help organisations create programmes that can grow beyond a single session.

PEOPLE. SKILLS. POSSIBILITIES.01 / THE PURPOSE

NOT JUST
ART.
A WAY
FORWARD.

A creative session can spark confidence and connection. We take the next step by helping organisations develop practical art skills, guided facilitation experiences and activities that participants can eventually help lead themselves.

TWO WAYS
TO GROW.

A caregiver looking for flexible work and a senior who wants to lead an art interest group may have very different goals. We design pathways for both.

ART FACILITATION IN PRACTICE

We combine practical art lessons, facilitation skills and supervised experience in real workshop settings. Participants develop at a manageable pace, practise alongside experienced trainers and build a portfolio of relevant skills for suitable paid assignments.

FOR AACS, SSAS AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS

KEEP IT GOING.

ART BRINGS PEOPLE TOGETHER

We help AACs and SSAs identify interested members, teach accessible art activities and develop the confidence to guide their peers. With lesson resources, staff collaboration and periodic support, centres can build regular art interest groups around people they already know.

ONE ART FORM
AT A TIME.

Participants learn one art form at a time. After completing a relevant module, they can be considered for supported practice in a suitable workshop while continuing to develop other skills.

01 / LEARNEXPLORE
AN ART FORM

Learn the techniques, lesson preparation and ways to guide others.

02 / PRACTISETRY IT IN A
REAL WORKSHOP

Join suitable supervised sessions when an opportunity is available.

03 / REVIEWREFLECT.
GET FEEDBACK.

Review the experience with a lead trainer and participating partner.

Participants can continue learning new art forms while practising those they have already learnt. Paid work is considered according to readiness, suitability and available opportunities.

EXPERIENCE
ON THE GROUND.

Our programmes bring experienced facilitation, careful planning and a hands on approach to different groups. We build with trainers, community collaborators and advisors who understand what it takes to bring an idea into a real room.

REAL
PEOPLE.

We adapt materials, pacing and activities to the group, with participation always at the centre.

02

REAL
PRACTICE.

We bring programme planning, facilitation and thoughtful review into each engagement.

YOU BRING
THE PURPOSE.
WE'LL BUILD TOGETHER.

Whether you manage a centre or lead a CSR programme, we can shape a creative engagement around the people you serve, the resources you have and the outcomes that matter to you.

GOOD TO
KNOW.

Who can take part?

We work with partners to identify suitable participants, including caregivers, youths and community members. Entry requirements and support arrangements depend on each programme.

Does joining training guarantee paid work?

No. Training and supervised practice are intended to help participants build skills and confidence. Paid opportunities depend on readiness, suitable roles and actual demand.

Can an AAC or SSA train its own members?

Yes. We can design a pathway to help interested members learn to guide recurring activities, with resources and support suited to your centre.

Do we have to commit to a long programme?

No. A single workshop or short pilot is a practical way to test what works before deciding whether to grow the programme.

08 / NEXT STEPS

WHO COULD
WE CREATE WITH?

Tell us whom you want to engage and what you hope to achieve. We can help shape the next step, from a single workshop to a broader community partnership.
