Collartive brings together practising artists and art trainers, each with at least ten years of experience in their respective field. We understand the realities of delivering programmes in schools, enrichment settings and community workshops.
We know that a successful session takes more than an interesting activity. It takes preparation, clear instructions, flexibility and the ability to respond to the people in front of us. Our experience as artists also keeps us curious and connected to our own creative practice.
We started Collartive because we wanted that experience to go further. Alongside designing and delivering art programmes, we are building pathways for aspiring facilitators and helping community organisations develop creative capabilities of their own.
For us, the work does not end when the workshop does. We want the confidence, connections and opportunities created through art to continue growing.
